Thanks for this inspiration, Will. I physically immerse my Self in spiritual nature, "The Sacred" as I commune with the splendor of creation and the miracle of life. This comes to me most powerfully when I snow camp on personal retreats during winter under the stars. In this fashion I commune in the purity of nature with my cosmic family.
Once again Will, Thanks so much for your thoughtful inquiry. These days I find myself slowing way down as not to miss these moments that you speak of. Here in Mexico in the early morning it's a feast of sound and color, beautiful birds awaken the day. It's my morning invitation to listen to their song and gaze at their beauty. I've taken on a new invitation to pray for some of the hostages in Gaza. The Havurah in Ashland is inviting anyone who desires to choose people or families to pray for. i choose a family of 4. Each morning and evening, look at their photos and pray for their safe return. It keeps me connected with the world in a way that opens my heart and connects to the field of prayer. Blessings and Love, Mira
As you were watching and hearing the birds awaken, I was given a great treat with a full rainbow outside my back door. It's not obvious how I post this photo, so let it be said that Vit. S was available along with a good dose of sun rise meditation. It's always been a classic battle with darker forces to eliminate Vit. S in our diet, good to see it brought to the forefront with your email today.
The sacredness of your mindful expression of the universal spirit that abounds within us all, was felt in your meditation . As always Will - most appreciated as we all make the same journey 🙏🏼
Thanks Don, it's so sweet to be back here and we're really feeling the trauma in the land and the local community. What a story under the surface! I might send you an article that's relevant.
simple. . . get out of your own way. I think the often-used phrase is Let go and let God
Birds are amazing! Thank you, you sure have contributed greatly to the sacred all over the universe.
Thanks Mark. Nature is where the real gold is!

Thanks Joy, that's a phrase I use too.
I call it slowing down to the speed of life! It’s in the quiet moments when I feel the sacredness of life.
Thanks for sharing Will! 💜🙏🎁
Thanks Mark, indeed, everyone of us is on this sacred journey, shining our light on the path to help each other, step by step...
