How magnificent! Thanks so much for detailing your journey like this. The process we are experimenting with works best when we customized it for our personal make up and when we repeat often enough to tweak our way of doing it and then, on specific memories, actually shift the emotional anchors. Kind of like a teeter totter, reaching the 50% point, then tipped over to the new side and, from that moment, recalling the memory with the new anchor attached. Rock on!
I am caught up to the morning meditation today. I am vibing high. I am absolutely shocked at how full circle my journey into myself has been. When my brother passed 11 years ago, I began investigating what it means to be who I am and where I am due to a visit from him from the other side (actually he's here!) And I ran across a couple of Scottish folks who do memory transformation. I tried to do it but couldn't understand what it was I was doing so I ended up just writing a bunch and then skipping out on that and moving onto quantum physics, Deepak Chopra and then witchcraft. Now that I understand all the above and this lesson came yesterday and today, I can absolutely understand it. I transformed a really hard memory this morning and I feel pretty great about it. I yearn to become an author, I am an author, in the future now! Thank you so much for this. I don't know how I ended up being a part of something so amazing (and free!) aside from the first Good Reads giveaway I ever entered won me a kindle copy of your book. I've been travelling towards you and this community ever since. I wish I could get my daughter on board but most of the time she thinks I'm a crystal cuckoo but one day 🤞 I love you all! Thank you for being here and helping and caring about me. I care about you. Have a magical moment every moment. 🤗
That's inspiring Marilyn, thank you for doing that. I actually think it takes less that 15%. If you read Power vs Force by Dawkins he calibrates how few awake souls it takes to counter evil. See you on Saturday!
I'm loving the whalesong in the music after the daily audios... and I'm keeping my journaling brief whilst listening to the end of each music track as I'm grieving whilst supporting my daughter losing her baby at 21 weeks. Having this daily focus is a helpful reminder to keep up with my daily self-care, even if brief and this programme is making it easier for me to do that. I had a moment of thinking I can't do this right now and then I thought - no - now is when I most need to do it, and it's do-able in amongst the maelstrom of emotions because it's not a massive commitment. With deep gratitude xox
Will, I am so enjoying this experiment. I am checking off those little boxes daily - reading, listening, journaling - but, have yet to make a Zoom call. That will change come Saturday. Until then I'm helping put on an event at Jackson Wellsprings Friday evening to help keep Ashland 5G-free from wireless radiating small cells on every block. Okay, I digress. But not really. This is just one of so many examples of how powerful corporations, in this case Telecom, are putting profit over people and all life forms. This conflict can be seen everywhere and it can feel unsurmountable. At the same time, it seems that the world is waking up to just how blatantly destructive and widespread this corruption is. It really has become blatant. Recently, I learned of the 15% rule (I think it came out ofStanford) which "proved" that only 15% of the population needs to awaken. Their influence on the rest of humanity will come about through visionary ideas and pioneering approaches to problems we are all facing. This is my simplistic description of the experiment. I'm sharing it because I found it hopeful. I think the majority of people want change, but we are stuck in a system that discourages right action. Thinking 101 is a beautiful foundation for this kind of transformation to occur on a personal level and then ripple outwards. I find it comforting and tangible to think that only 15% of the population is required to think differently, outside the box, before an avalanche of followers and implementers are influenced and change occurs. I look forward to making a Zoom call this weekend. THANK YOU for such beautiful work. I dare say you are part of that 15%.
Right on. Boundaries ... so important RE money. When it's an open exchange I always get conscious about what the other person is giving. Their choice, but they have to make one.
Money has always been an sore that has healed very slowly. The belief system is so entrenched with me that it took at least 65 years to being unraveling. I still charge for services but find those services which I give freely or "pay it forward" many times are the most gratifying. I've embarked upon a program with a Phd on the Big Island to diagnose her clients in the quantum field with my biofeedback device. I find it rewarding and draining at the same time. Boundaries need to be set when you give yourself to people without anything coming back because caring for self is the reward that you must also give back to self. Love is caring for self and others, that is the bottom line
Due to a personal flop off an entire day, I am back on Tuesday's morning A.M. so I am a day behind! I hope that's okay. I can do both evening meditations tonight if you suggest so. Thank you for this opportunity. It has changed my thinking and it was a lot easier than I expected.

Oh... so sorry to hear of her/your loss. We spoke about this very tragedy yesterday on our zoom call. I'm glad you're here!
