What If?
Making every moment count
Activation is about turning outward with an intention to contribute and making a commitment to follow through. There are countless ways to make a positive difference in the world, but perhaps our greatest impact can be through the simplest aspects of living. For instance: breathing, eating, being in nature, and using money. These are four every day activities that can become five activation practices (breathing is two).
As I’ve done these over several years now, they have self-assembled into Five Activations, each with a core quality, a simple explanation, and an affirmation. Here’s the shorthand for those who want to start experimenting right away. I’ll provide more details week by week. As you’ll see, these are simple actions with just a few descriptive words, to help us get out of our heads and back into our bodies.
Activation One - Gratitude
Air is free. When we breathe in, silently intone: “I am grateful for this gift of life.”
Activation Two - Compassion
Breathing out, feel your energy following the exhale, and say: “I care about everyone and everything.”
Activation Three - Appreciation
Eating can become a meditation, focusing appreciation for the food and all those who had a hand in creating your meal. Gazing at each item on your plate, feel into the vibration and say: “Thank you for becoming my body.”
Activation Four - Wonder
Nature is our home. We belong in the web of life where everything is connected in constant creativity. “I belong.”
Activation Five - Generosity
Money is a medium for exchanging energy, giving and receiving with no strings attached. “Love is my primary currency and resonates through my money.”
What If?
What if this is it?
This moment of everlasting now?
No before or after, no better or worse, no other.
Just this, right here, right now.
This is it.
What if nothing is wrong?
No judgement, no regrets, no effort
to correct the universe.
Just thank you, thank you, thank you!
Nothing is wrong.
What if I am good enough?
Imagine that!
Perfect in my imperfection,
Delighted to be the only “me,”
Celebrating who I am,
At peace with who I was,
And wondering who I will become.
I am good enough.
This is it, nothing is wrong, I am good enough.
What if?
I’d like to begin including reader comments in these posts. Let me know how your personal experience of getting activated is going, how you are navigating the challenges of confronting and releasing your own limiting beliefs, about yourself and others, your new understanding of what’s happening in our world right now.
It’s always helpful to know we’re not alone as we seek to do what we’ve delayed doing for far too long (like the tax preparation that I need to get to… today!).

Hi George,
I'm glad to see you believe in the goodness of the heart. When more and more of us are able to see it that way, or be open to the possibility of it being a good thing, the Field of energy we are living in will shift to that as the normal paradigm. What makes the shift possible, what makes more people realize that giving is the source of receiving, is the energy that Spirit/Source is pouring in here now. Things are changing subtly, but fiercely. There is no waiting for something outside ourselves, bc it is happening both thru us and Source simultaneously; there is no real separation.
Regarding the last "10,000 years" - Since around 12,500 years ago, when there was at least one enormous cataclysm (the fall of Atlantis) the energies here have been very retarded. Darkness took over like never before and that's why it's been so hard to get things moving. Humanity has been in a state of amnesia and so traumatized that it resists knowing the truth about itself. This is why there has been such denial regarding obvious things like the covid fraud.
Blessings, Parisse
"What if nothing is wrong?
No judgement, no regrets, no effort
to correct the universe."
‘Allowing’ what exists to exist is one thing, not fighting with reality is proper, but not “correcting” falsehood or misbehavior when it arises is irresponsible and lets the mistakes made when in the mindset that created the misbehavior to continue and to take over.
The antidote to the Covid fraud, for instance, has been to continuously speak the truth about what has been going on. Speaking the truth is the necessary action to take to “correct” the flow of life. It is life’s auto-pilot. If no one were to speak up when lies are told, then evil would take over completely and destroy natural balance and harmony. This sounds extreme, but it is the truth. The Belgian psychologist, Mattias Desmet, made this a central point when he informed the world several years ago that Mass Formation Psychosis was at the root of the horrible lies, crimes, and unscientific behavior that was overwhelming our rationality. He explained that the antidote to the sickness-spell of MFP is to constantly tell the truth, whether or not others listen, or, literally, society would be taken over by the totalitarian insanity being perpetrated.
With this in mind, I will say this about what you say here:
“Money is a medium for exchanging energy, giving and receiving with no strings attached. ‘Love is my primary currency and resonates through my money.’”
Money is strictly CONDITIONAL love, frozen love, love that is not flowing, but hoarded on strict condition of receiving back. Money’s very nature is “strings attached.” Will you give me that food on your grocery store shelf if I do not give you my money? Will you give me your writing on Substack without demanding I pay for it? The entire idea of “energy exchange” is not just flawed, but inhumanitarian and destructive, and it is the source cause of all our suffering because it is the withholding of Love.
True “generosity” is stringless, not conditional, not based on ‘giving-to-get.’ Our society is in fact dead on its feet because we do not act like the generating stars we were born to be. Were we to simply share as a group, without the use of money or any other method of exchange, our resources would then circulate freely and everyone would have more than enough all the time. To do this we have to get out of our heads, stop judging if others deserve to eat or not, stop believing there is any lack in the world, and ACT FROM THE GOODNESS OF OUR HEARTS.
Nothing short of this will allow us into a new age, and if we continue to behave in the old paradigm fashion of hoarding things, we are literally going to go extinct bc of our resistance to being our true selves.
