Another great post. I have had a reminder on my phone every day at noon for many years. Although I am often busy and do not do this every day, I do it many days and on the other days the reminder is enough to shift my mind set. Have loved watching the many short Youtube videos featuring Dr. David Hawkins. He is a delightful and thought provoking presenter.
There is a lot of instant hatred out there. I often read comments posted to news articles on the Globe and Mail. Many of them start with instant condemnation and hatred towards the "other side". While I do not agree with every comment I read, it is essential to consider other points of view and most of all to remember they are part of the wholeness of life and deserving of love.
Who knows? What comforts me is to make it all personal. I'm responsible for myself. So, I commit to a high frequency expression, assuming that can help others, but very sure that it helps me. Creating heaven on earth? That's a reach. Creating a next level experience we might call heaven, post death? Entirely possible. My responsibility to create that.
Your noon club practice has always been an inspiration for me. While noon doesn't work for me, I've adopted the practice of doing it first thing in the morning. It makes a huge difference each day and to your point, it helps me stay conscious of what I'm bringing to the world each day.
I would love to read your book: The Noon Club, but . . . I couldn’t find in in kindle. I gave away all my paper books years ago. This is a new world my friend and killing trees to make books is no longer necessary. I gave up using gasoline for the same reason. I owned one of the first Nissan Leafs in the country – my lawn mower, weed wacker, etc are all electric. I haven’t been to a gas station in 10 years. Cars that run on dinosaur poop are so old fashion – books that require the killing of trees are too. Send me a digital copy I’d love to read it.
Thanks Stan. Indeed, how do we respond to hatred? Surely not with more hate! Considering other points of view help us expand our understanding.

Right on!

One minute a day must have some overall positive impact.
How far will this lift the consciousness of the millions, who feed on the intellectual garbage and moral sewerage the MSM pumps out constantly?
I doubt the masses want to be "enlightened".
I think they are very happy swamp creatures.
Will enough positive vibes elevate us all to a higher level of enlightened consciousness, whether we want it or not?
Will we then all live together happily forever in heaven on earth?
Sounds just a tad unrealistic to me.
Might work though.
Good vibes are better than bad ones regardless.
Good vibes may progressively cancel bad ones.
Good vibes might awaken the masses and short-circuit the MSM!
Perhaps we can create heaven on earth.
If enough people can create enough good vibes.
Who knows what is possible unless we try.
