The Ride of Our Lives

How excited are you to be alive on a scale from 1 - 10?

10 is ecstatic, grateful, fascinated to find out what happens after you drop your body. 1 would be anxious, stressed out, afraid of death.

Here’s how to raise your score, and you won’t have to scroll down ten pages, nor is there an upgrade with a price tag. These three strategies hinge on one choice you can make right now, simply by reciting these words and then living them as your priority in every moment:

“I choose to be a blessing, to live with depth, and to flow with the dance of life.”

That established, let’s examine each element:

1. Lift. This word describes raising the frequency. Say a kind word. Include someone who’s being ignored. Donate. Appreciate. Choose a salad over a donut. Do whatever you can to lift the energy in yourself and others.

2. Drop. Feeling anxious or depressed? Explore the depths, learn to navigate troubling emotional territory to expand your feeling experience, rather than plastering over what’s begging for attention with a forced smile or an escape habit.

3. Flow. Go with the flow. Enjoy the unexpected. Relax rigid rules. Have fun. Be creative.
